BCM200 can not get into programming

BCM200 is tie in to the network customer dials into BCM after entering user name and password it takes a long time and show error of Dcomm server is busy try later, we always been able to access the BCM this was been happening for the past week. Try to enter programming thru a T7316 phone and after feature **(user number) it just sits there and does not ask for the next input. Please help

It sounds as if the BCM 200 is heading for trouble. You may have the older Windows NT version. I'd make plans to have a spare power unit and hard disk with the correct BCM 200 software and have a copy of the keycodes in case a rebuild is needed.
You would also need a backup copy, but most customers don't have one, so a full rebuild will probably be needed.

You may well have to power it down, open up the cases and give it all a good clean out and check that all the connections are OK. Check the motherboard for any damaged and leaking capacitors etc.

Power it up again and see if it's any better.
