BCM200 3.7 CallPilot Password 1

Can someone give me the steps to reset the CallPilot password in a BCM200 3.7? The password was changed and no one knows what it is.Thanks!

Sorry this is actually a 3.5 not a 3.7.

How to reset the BCM Call Pilot Manager passcode

If the Call Pilot Passcode has been lost or forgotten, then it can be reset again by using the following procedure listed below...

1. Locate any 2 Line display Nortel Norstar / BCM system phone i.e. M7310.
2. Key the “Feature” button & “985” (should now display Voicemail DN)
3. Key “9” (Set should display Pswd)
4. Key RESETSMPSWD (73738767793) - (Set should display Reset pswd?)
5. Key the “Yes” button

This should then reset the System Manager passcode back to four 0000. Logon to Call Pilot using “0000”. The system will then prompt you to change your passcode to a number of your choice.
