BCM200 3.6 lost configuration CDR SL-1

I need to set up an BCM200 3.6 to connect char program, and I recommend to put an FTP push the CDR data which is set to SL-1 format.
But when you configure by giving reset, the BCM loses changes and returns to be in Norstar.

How can I change this without changes to be lost?
