I have a BCM 1000 ver 2.5 within a large voice network. I can call other BCMs ok via Voip, but when i call an Option 11 i get the message "equip congest".
yes all other sites can call everyone else. The BCM in question is actually on another network, so i think it is a Firewall issue, which we are looking into now.
