BCM1000 Version 2.0 Yup an old one

I had to reinstall the voicemail (reset to default using f982, reinstall). After doing so, I can't get into any voicemails. Is there a trick to initialize the voicemail to let me back in?

I have tried 102xxxx as the password, but no luck. Seems like after I reinitialized it, it needs to be "cofigured" again..


Anybody?? Bueller, Bueller??

Have you tried resetting the VM password via F985?

Yea..

Reset password, reset database again and no luck..

Using the BCM Voicemail Manager..

However, I did VNC into the BCM and used the Voicemail Manager on the BCMs desktop and voila.. It worked and I was able to get in..

Don't remember ever having to do that.. But it worked..
