BCM1000 TO NORTEL GATEWAY

System and gateway were tested inhouse before install and everything worked perfect using a switch as a host between the BCM and the Gateway. On installing in the field, between two offices with a working vpn between them, the signaling works, but there is no audio? I plugged in a 2004 Nortel set and it works fine across the VPN, audio and signalling? Ideas? Thanks in advance for any direction or ideas!

As a follow up I forgot to mention that if you call the gateway location from the 2004 IP set in that same location, it has a message that comes up on it saying "Cannot open audio stream"?
