BCM1000 R4.0 BCMAmp suddenly stopped playing MOH

Hi,
I have BCM1000 R4.0. I'm using ip music for MOH. Everything was working fine for half a year. I changed play list to accomodate Thanksgiving version of MOH, it was playing for couple of days and suddenly stopped.I can press the "play" button on the BCMAmp,it starts for the second and turns back off. I restarted the BCM, I returned to the previously played file. Nothing works.BCMAmp still can't start. Is there any patch available for such a behavior? Is there something else I can try to fix it?

Is your Bcm patched to the latest? Is the service running in "service manager"?

Delete all the audio files and reload them. Make sure any audio file you load is 8khz Mono and less than 5mb in size.
