I'm looking for a long range phone that will work with bcm1000 ver4.0 for Agents in the call center.
I've tried the EnGenius and it works fine. This is what happens, the agent forwards his desk phone which is logged into the queue to the portable analog Engenius phone. All works until he gets a call. The call center then puts his desk phone "on busy". The agent then needs to go back to their desk to release the make busy button or they will receive no more calls.
Maybe there is a way to correct this?
