I was wondering if anyone had run into a similar situation and found a resolution. We have restored a BCM1000 using a backup from another location. Everything seems to be working fine, however, we are unable to change the IVR node number from the one contained in the backup to the node number it needs to be. It appears as if it keeps reverting to the original node (the number from the backup).
Has anyone seen this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
