BCM1000 3.6 issue

I did a health check on the system and found a strange thing. I went into the system using telnet and found that the Ini Status was "Pending". It did not have any numbers after that. I know that it should be at 6.2. Their VM and UM are working. They have not complained about any issues. A few years back we had to replace the Portway motherboard. Has anyone seen this before?
