BCM 50 ver 6.0 with 4 IP sets (1 remote)and three Rogers line delivered through an Arris ATA. One way audio on all three lines.

Any ideas, the system was installed two years ago and working fine till now.
 
It's easy to assume that the fault lies with your BCM 50 phone system. What else has been done recently on your network?.
There probably isn't any harm in doing a reboot, but I would back up your BCM system first.

-Did your issue start just like that or was something done?
-Have you rebooted the Rogers modem and/or the BCM?
-Do you have digital sets on site?

Otherwise maybe time for a service call to check the lines on the modem with a test set.

4 IP sets, 1 digital. Yes modem ATA and BCM was rebooted.
 
As curly cord has stated

Test the lines at the modem with a test set..!!📞
If same problem exists then it’s a service provider issue.🤞
 
The digital set have the same issue and yesterday the line were tested at the ATA and they all worked fine.
 
Apply the latest patches as stated.

Maybe a fix for it....

If it’s an expansion card try replacing it.
