BCM with a Fax Server

Can the BCM be hooked up to a fax server with analog ports using DID's off a PRI? I have it all connected using ATA's and the fax server can receive the faxes but it cannot route it to the proper user. The fax server tech support told me the BCM must be able to send the DTMF tones to the fax server. I do not believe it is. Once the ATA has answered, it has already received the DTMF and will only pass ringing. Is there a way around this with and without any external devices?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

go to capabilites and set extn to receive tones,,
i use this for companys who dial the analogue extn and want to send on the tones to an external paging system.

That is already enabled. I put a digit grabber on today and nothing is being sent out of the ATA. I also found out that an ATA2 does not display CID but a GASM does.
I spoke with an engineer from the fax server and he stated I would need an Adtran Atlas 550. Thanks for the input though.
