BCM wav file import to CallPilot giving server error!

Hello,

I am trying to upload a .wav file to the individual mailboxes in the call pilot manager. The system keeps giving me an error message. "Server Error" Any ideas?

What format is the WAV file. I appreciate it is a WAV but is it PCM 22khz 8 bit stereo etc.

Did this file come from the call pilot is is this something that was file created.
