I've been seraching the Nortel site for hours and can't seem to find a document outlining the terms and condition of Nortel's warranty. Do any of you have a link to such a document? I need a pdf that I can e-mail to customers.

terms and condition of Nortel's warranty will change with the product you are talking about, there is no blanket warranty.
