I have a BCM 50 with 10 wireless handsets off of a Digital Mobility Controller. The customer is contantly complaining of low volume (among other things). Is there anyway to crank up the volume other than on the handset?

Did you set the volume setting in the bcm to set and not system. If it's set to system the volume will revert to it's previous setting after the call.

Did you try using the Digital Mobility Service Tool to test the volume. Also KWTaylor is right, make sure in system programming that volume is on set and not system.
