BCM Volume too low over all sets

We have a BCM that the volume is too low and ALL of the users are complaining. I have tried both settings (system and set volume) to no avail. Is there a hardware setting inside the box to adjust the volume????

If your BCM is a 2.5. There's a Feature Pack 1 and another patch you load to the BCM. I had the same problem plus the volume bar doesn't work on the phones. After loading those 2 patches, it seems like it fixed it.
