Can any one direct me to or tell me what format can be used for the VoIP trunks settings under Telephony Resources. i.e 1xx or 00100-00199, etc. I cant seem to locate that info. Thanks

If you mean h.323 or SIP it depends what keys codes you have entered. But for h323 under remote gateways in resourses, ip trunks, and sip under the sip tab.

I am referring to the Destination Digits entry in the Routing Table for IP Trunks under Telephony Resources

You enter just as you would dial. If a 4-digit Dest. Code is required for a remote office, like 2221, you enter 2221. There is a space between multiple Dest. Codes, like 2221 3224 3786. If all of a range are to be included, you might only have to enter 2 or 3 digits. If 2220-2229, you would enter 222. If 2200-2299, you would enter 22.

Or just enter the lead digit or the other side. Plus there has to be a route and destination code in dialing plan pointing at the VOIP pool.

Thanks for the replies. Thats what i thought i could do is add a range but when i do i get an error message saying it overlaps with another range even when i have no other route setup in the VoIP trunk settings

It could be a Line pool Code, Direct-Dial, Call Park, or Recvd. Digits. It now becomes a detective story.

Or, it could be internal DN, B2s, or HG DNs.

This is what i was trying to do; first route = 0200-0299 second route = 0000100-0000199, this did not work. Here is how i just got it working first route = 02, second route = 00001

Did you start it using a 3 or 4 digit template? I'm guessing you used a 3 digit template and you can't enter 1xx due to a conflict with park codes or other feature if something has been changed. If this is a new install I suggest rebuilding with 4 digit template and changing the other sites also, or trying to use different exiension numbers.

I once had three systems networked together using VoIP and ended up using 2xx, 4xx, and 5xx to avoid numbering conflicts.
