I have several IP sets on a BCM 200 w/ 3.6 software. I ahve a mixture of 7310's 7324's and I2004. One of my 2004's shows the time as being two hours off. All of the other sets are correct. The voicemail time is right. Is there a firmware issue with some IP phones.

You have not had someone change the offset?

When your i2004 Internet Telephone is located in a different time zone from your system, the
display shows the system time not the local time. The Time Offset feature allows you to adjust the
time that appears on the display.
Before you begin, calculate the time difference, in hours, between the server time and local time.
To change the time that appears on your telephone display to local time:
1 Press Feature *510
2 Press Change
3 Press * to switch between adding or subtracting time.
4 Using the dialpad, enter the number of hours between local time and system time.
Note: Press # to enter half hour increments.
5 Press.OK
Note: It may take up to one minute for the change to appear on the display.

that did it!! thanks!! whats weird is that it was correct for 4-5 months and then over the weekend it cahnged. I have just been dealing with it being 2 hours off for several months. been driving me crazy.

Daylight saving time changed.if your in AZ and your switch is in TX, you would be 2 hr off.
