We have a customer who used to get the date and time stamp when retrieving their voicemails.
Since they had CLIP activated on their PRI, they are now getting Date and CLI of the caller.
I have gone through all the settings of Callpilot, and I am unable to find if anything can be changed. Asked customer if they could temporarily remove CLIP but they say this is not an option.
The customer relies on the date/time stamp on this one site.
Any pointers anyone?
