We have a customer that has several BCM 450's networked together with voice mail living at headquarters.
If one of those remote locations go down and someone that is still attached to the headquarters systems dials an extension at the downed location they receive a busy signal.
Is there anyway to program the BCM to send that call to voice mail instead of a busy signal should that extension/remote location go down?
Thank you so much for all of your help!
