Bcm voice mail problem

When the BCM 50 is in night mode. If a caller dials the company,gets the auto attendant and try to dial an extension, they are directed to the persons mail box not their extension.
 
All night mode does is take the AA from 4-6 rings to zero rings, have you tried it with out the night on?
Is disable DN dialing checked in the greeting table? This will cause you problem.
 
Extension dialing through auto attendant works okay in day mode.
 

Are they using a PRI? If so, remove the control set for all the target lines assigned to user extensions.

agree... check the DN dialing box under NON Business in the Greeting Table this may be ticked blocking the extn dialing and the others Morning,afternoon,evening unticked allowing extn dialing.

I tried this and it does what you say so i will assue this is the problem..
