Okay ive set the class of service to NVM and mail box to such however i still get no prompts on callpiolit my users prefer the older style on how it works...any ideas? how can i reset the config of callpiolit to start over new or am i missing somthing?

The procedure is in the callpilot docs, or below. Remember a reinstall will wipe all voicemail related programming.

Go to the properties and change it there.
