Hi Guys & Gals, I'm an old Norstar Tech, been puting them in since DR1. Now I have a customer that wants unified messaging. My question, how different is the BCM from Norstar and am I going to have a hard time adapting. Any input will be appreciated.

Well the main thing with the BCM is the programming is done from a web browser. All features as far as unified messaging, voicemail, etc are turned on by keycodes. THe operating system for the BCM is windows NT. IF you have used the browser tool of NRU then the BCM is very similar. THe dip switch setting for the modules is a little hard to understand but I did it without going to school.

Thanks for the input, it sounds like it's not to tough, but then nothing is if you know how....right?
