BCM upgrade 3.7 to 4.0

Good, I have a problem in order to perform the upgrade to 4.0 BCM 3.7 when I am installing the wizard and when performing this check list I get the following error: "The MSC Core telephony software could not be properly recognized. Please confirm tha the telephones connected to the BCM are functioning. guid The BCM 4.0 Upgrade will contain further information. Reported From KSUID was. "
Already in the BCM check whether they were all connected and all the plates are telefones everyone working well, what might be the problem? Sia there is anyone who can help me I would be very kind on his part

Sometimes you loose connection between the bcm and the msc card. First i would try a shutdown and restart of the bcm. Wait 10 minutes before trying the upgrade again. It did work for me a couple of times. Also make sure your bft is good before proceeding with the upgrade.

BFT= Base Function Tray.

Make sure the unit that has the row on 10 LED's are not all flashing, if they are oper the BFT and look at the electrolytic capacitor's and see if there GREEN, if the are there BAD, if there BLUE there GOOD.
