BCM Unified Manager Problem

I am running windows XP Pro v.2000 Svc Pack 2 on my laptop. I can cannot log into Config on a BCM400. I can get to everything else (call pilot, BRU, Maint, etc).

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Do you have the java applet installed in your web browser?

JAva is installed. I get the java window that normally comes up but it is blank. pop up blocker is off. it acts like it is trying to give me the log in screen but the window is blank. i do not get an error message.
