BCM unable to recieve calls

BCM 3.0 Occasionally locks up to the point where customer cannot recieve calls fromt the outside world and when calling internally, you go right to voicemail of called party. Phones don't ring when calling internally also. The only way to fix has been rebotting system. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Have you installed the patches for 3.0 yet???

Sound like you may have a bad DSM. next time it happens, look at the LED's on the MODS.
