BCM Training ?

I work on the Opt 61's and 81's and have never touched a Norstar. What should I do to get ready for the BCM 10 day Bootcamp school down at Richardson TX. Any ideas. Thank you for the help,

If you go to the Global Knowledge website they have some inexpensive computer based training you could start with. Or maybe try the NORTEL website and look at some of there technical PDF's and see if somthing is there.
