bcm training

How can I get some training on the BCM? We are a 2 man shop and could never be dealers for nortel. My boss used to work for Verizon, so we are comfortable with Nortel. We just need help with the Bcm, as we have a customer who is very interested.

I found the answer right here in an ad on this site. check out a1teletronics.com they have 3 and 5 day courses for the bcm.
