BCM training question 1

I need to get more up to speed on the messaging side of the BCM. Has anyone taken the 6045 BCM install course? is it worth it as far as the messaging portion goes.

Best thing to do is train your self.

If you have a BCM, then get the TRy N Buy licenses and do it the hard way.

Then You will never for get it.

Im not agree at all, the best way is try to practice first with the BCM then take the course to fill the black holes you could have.

I suggest work with the browser manager and the Setup & Operation Guide.
You should be able to do most items easily enough, asking here for the odd help.

Then yes maybe take an advanced course on unified messaging, contact center etc.
