bcm to ipo issue

going to post this in both forums

have a bcm 450 6.0 connected to a ipo 8.0.44 via sip trunk over mpls network

ipo dials out over bcm which works wonderfully

dialing between locations also works perfectly

however one issue that i cannot figure out and it is definitely something in the bcm

when calling the main number of the bcm and listening to the auto attendant, if i dial an extension in the IPO it does not connect

i watched it in BCM monitor and it never looks like it grabs an ip trunk

i also watched it in ssa and it does not look like the call ever hits the IPO

any ideas?

What are the digits dialed when you intercom the IP site?
What are the digits dialed from AA?

Some info on the setup, routes and dest codes etc might help too.

bcm is 2xx ipo is 6xx

all the routing and dest codes seem right as interdialing between locations works no problem

Simple question but have you given access to the SIP trunk group that connects the two systems to the application DNs of the voicemail ports?

As well, remote access packages might be required in this scenario as you are going trunk to trunk. Try assigning one and see what difference it makes.
