BCM -To change the personal greeting for the VOICE MAIL DN 7979

To change the personal greeting for the VOICE MAIL DN 7474 which is also the main DN for the Voice mail.

7474 does n't exist as mail box on callpilot.

but this is the voice mail DN on switch properties.

There is recording I need to change it.

I tried the feature 981 and other options following documentation but its doesn't work. Please advise.

If general delivery it's MB 1000. If you get log after F 981 type in 1000PSWD#, if you get password after F981 press other then the same ,1000OSWD#.

Your question is very confusing. It looks to me like 7474 is the Application DN for the call pilot.

Are you sure the "message" you want to change isn't your auto attendant greeting?

you are definitely going to need to hire a vendor to prevent damage.

better to hire vendor to make a small change then to mess things up and cost way more $$$ to fix

if you want to give it a try you can do a f983 (you must know the password) from here you go admin -> auto attendants -> choose your greeting -> re rerecord.

if you also want to change the ccr tree (which button to press for each direction) i would say definitely hire a vendor
