I have one VPN on a BSR222 to a remote office connecting back to a DSL modem at my main office to a BCM50 that I am constantly getting Listening R violations and Jitter violations on. The users are complaing that quality of service is very poor most of the time. (there are 3 at this location)I have the VOIP and DATA networks segmented from each other. They do however access the internet through the same DSL modem at the remote site. I have 3 other VPNs setup the same way that appear to be working a larger percent of the time. I am at my wits end trying to get Qwest (the company I bought my system through)to solve the problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a couple of things to try.
Make sure you're using a compressed codec. I suggest G729.
Set your jitter buffer to small.

You can also test your DSL to see if the provider is giving you what you pay for. Check out dslreports.com.
