Sevans1974 - did you ever resolve your BCM to BCM calls transfer issue? I am trying to switch from an MPLS network to a VPN and seem to be having the exact same issue - I assume there is some data traffic that is not making the transit from site to site but cannot figure it out. All other functionality works, and transfers on the same BCM work, just not from one extension on one BCM to an extension on the other unit.

SOLVED

We used Torch, a packet sniffing app built into the Mikrotik router to monitor BCM traffic during transfers. What we saw was that the BCM, when transferring a call from a user on one BCM to a user on another BCM did NOT contact the receiving BCM by IP address, but rather started sending out UDP broadcast packets to 0.0.0.0/0. Our VPN policy only identified VPN traffic from one subnet to another. We added a secondary policy to the VPN which identified traffic coming from the IP of the BCM and leaving the subnet going anywhere as needing to be encrypted and sent over the VPN and transfers started working.

The reason our MPLS circuits worked, was that there was no Internet connection at the secondary location, so all off subnet traffic had to go to the primary location anyway - more by accident than design.
