Bcm target lines

We just hooked up 2 BCM50's over internet. Built dialing plan, but all calls go to ext 221. Do we have to obuild target lines for it to route to the correct desk? What am I missing?

Yes, Each set has to be assigned a target line. The DN number has to be entered in the Private receive digit field.

If you have MCDN keycode in each, enter the dn in the Private receive field, if you don't have MCDN, put the dn in the public receive field instead.

You have match the Private Received Number with the Control Set station and select Private network for 3 digit and. Example:

Private Network:
Received number lenght: 3

Target Line:
Private Received number: 210
Control Set: 210

and so on.
