I have BCM200 running 3.6 version 2.2c. Occasionally the system clock "looses" a minute here and there. Eventually the system time on the BCM appears to be 5 to 10 minutes behind the current time. I'm able to manually change the system clock but i was wondering if this is a known issue with Nortel and do they have a patch for this? I've tried looking on the Nortel site for a bulletin but was unsuccessful.

That's a function of the real time clock chip in the BCM. Just like a PC, some don't keep very good time.

You can set the BCM to sync to a NTP server and periodically have it update it's clock that way.
