BCM system speed

Hi, I am trying to set up sys speed dial on BCM but when the user tries to access it doesn't work - all I am doing is inputting the number against #01, #02 etc...and getting them to dial #01 is this correct?

To initiate a speed dial call FEATURE 0 followed by speed dial number

Thanks but sorry what do you mean by feature? what key is this on their phone?

Feature is the feature key with the Nortel logo, that is assuming they have digital handsets.
