I have a BCM with version 3.0 as well as Call Center and the Call Pilot Apps. It has recently started to max out CPU and then need to be rebooted. After having the BCM monitor up I noticed that right before the crash the CPU would max and then stop responding. The phones work but any call pilot or Call Center functionality is lost until a reboot completes. I am sure something is going bad. I would think the hard drive but anyone else have any ideas?

The BCM's 1000, 400 and 200 had a problem with leaking Capacitor's on the motherboards and I have replaced about 15 of them in the last 9 months. Just replace the Base Function Tray (BFT)on a BCM 400 Friday. Nortel replaced a bad BCM 1000 with a BM 400 last week because they couldn't get me a replacement 1000.
