BCM SSH access

I found that on the BCM 4.0 if you use Putty SSH port 22, with standard UN/PW it does not work, is there a way to enable the SSH?

I do see an option under administrator access a section on SSH and Public KEY, But My putty only has a place to install a Private key?

Any help?

PuTTY access was taken away on 4.0 and is only available to Nortel via password of the day.
