Does anyone have any pointers on doing this? Anything I should watch out for?

All you need is the sig server ip addresses, alias name for the srg, motn and buid for the phones. I used bcm 50s for three remote sites and started by applying all 9 bcm50 patches to date, then entering the keycodes. then i registered the ip handsets to the bcm50, first they come up in local mode then you go to the srg section and enter your info for the motn and BUID.

Hope this helps

Forgot to mention when you register the IP sets you have to use port number 7300.
