You need to be registered with Nortel to retrieve keycodes.

Are you registered ?

Hi Khosher,
As a company we are, one of my colleges will have an account.

Well you are in luck so. Just go to the KRS in nortel.com

Put in the system ID and you can download the keycode from there

Do we not need to have them regenerated, can we just down load them and use them second time.
Will give it a go.....Cheers Khosher

No need to regenerate. You can just download. You would only need to regenerate if the system ID was changed.

Cheers Khosher, I will give a go and report back....Thanks....DnB

Then u need to call your vendor and hope they have access to the nortel krs system to retrieve the keycode file.
