BCM Srg error 1

when i try to redirect an ip set to the main office which is a cs1k i get an error in the element manager saying that

"Invalid id (3)- endpoint in gatekeeper database is originating call server"

what colud be the problem and how do i resolve this issue...

SRG isn't the problem. Problem resides on CS1k. Check your entries in the NRS.

yes the problem is in the nrs was able solve that issue,
for the ip phones at the srg site what is the S1 ip is it the bcm ip or the cs1k
also the s2 ip

S1 & S2 on SRG sets = BCM IP

what happen if your S1 = BCM IP and S2 = CS1k IP?

If the sets grab S2 the system won't work in survivability mode. If S2 is grabbed, your sets are always working off the CS1k and if those sets lose site of the gatekeeper the sets will not revert to local mode.

Hello Dasheen,

When i try to redirect the set to the main office the ip set restarts and tries to register at the main office but after sometime it says server unreachable while the wan link to main office is up. in the bcm srg configs it shows the set is redirected to main office,,

what could be the issue
