We have multiple sites that with Nortel 1140E phones that connect to a BCM50. The phones register to the BCM which points them back to our main call server in the Corporate Office. The analog lines that are attached to the BCM are set to forward to an SDN to a callpilot auto attendant here at the corporate site. In the event that our connection to the branch site goes down the phones go into local mode and register with the BCM. The local analog lines however still try to dial the Call Pilot SDN number and since the connection is lost it cant get to it. What I want to know is if there is a setting for me to have the local analog lines route to a phone that is in local mode at the branch site in the event of a network outage without having to walk someone at the branch through manually changing it?
