I formerly had a Norstar matrix that showed me the software version code (i.e. 30DuF01) equated to a MICS 6.0 etc.

I was wanting to obtain this information in lieu of logging into BCM via laptop. I would simply logon using Telset and then obtain (30....) code and then look this number up on a chart.

His there such a chart/matrix for BCM's?

Thanks in advance,
JIM

I put in a BCM 450 and installed Unified Messaging I do have the Fax seat and the client, however i'm getting 1/2 page in my in box when receiving a 1 page fax and can't get any if more than 1 page. Has anyone run into this problem?

You need to start a NEW thread to get your answer. Your request is within mind.

Jim, I don't believe such a chart exists for core, other than within Avaya.

If you run BCM Monitor and review the first tab, that will tell you the MSC version in terms of 30xxxxx reference. You could then logon to BCM and check the software inventory and/or software update history, then start compiling your own. Then once you've built this list up, use this.
