Would anyone have an estimate on how long it would take to upgrade a BCM200 from 3.0 to 3.6? And then from 3.6 to 3.7?
We need to work around the customer's normal business hours and are trying to get timeline.

it depends on if you have to upgrade clients also. does the customer use LAN CTE? CallCenter Reporting?
Upgrading the BCM itself takes around 90mins per upgrade.
3 hours in total.
Thank you. It's just the basic 200 using voicemail, 2 voip trunks to another location and about 12 users. It's an overkill for a 200 but the BCM50 wasn't available back then. Thanks again!
