BCM SIP trunks From: Anonomus

Yes I followed the FAQ first off.


When I try and dial a call from the BCM to 3CX I get an error in 3CX saying "Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:"

When I read through the message it all looks good untill I get to this line

Contact: <sip:192.168.1.235@192.168.1.235:5061;transport=udp>
To: <sip:OUTNUMBER@3CXPBX>
From: "101"<sip:anonymous@192.168.1.224>; <--- It shouldnt say anonomus here.

Anyone know how to fix this? I've toyed with everything in BEM and I cant get it to change.

I have no idea, but...
On the BCM try filling in the OLI under a set with the number and see if that works.
or
Modify the SIP account on the BCM and make sure:
CLID Override is the account name or the phone number
PAI CLID Override is the phone number

Good news is. That fixed it.

Bad new is, now its throwing Authentication failed for AuthFail Recv Req INVITE dispite the extention password matching the trunk password....
