I’m a Nortel CS1000 person, i can fumble through things in the BCM but with my PBX mindset I have trouble on these key systems... I need to add a second extension to an assistants phone.. I need to have her bosses extension ring her phone and her bosses at the same time... On PBX I can just put both extensions on as many phones as I want, but I don’t think I can do that with a BCM, so HELP? :)

look into "answer dn"
you'll see it under the set properties

Hey Pir8 I know the feeling... when I get in front of an M1 I do the same thing!

OK, get into the BCM system.

Under Configuration -> Telephony -> Sets -> Active Sets click on the set that you want the DN of the set to answer.
On the tabs below with Line Assignment/ Line Pool/ Answer DN.
Click on the Answer DN tab and click on ADD, put the DN of the set you want this DN to answer.
It will add a button to the set, so they know they are answering that DN.

Go to the set that you put the Answer DN, do a FEATURE * 0 and find the Answer extn number and re-label the key... should be the key above their extension.
