Hi All - I could really use your help. The Scenario:

I have a BCM 400 that has scheduled services set up.

DAY: all incoming calls ring a 'ring group' and after 6 rings goes to Auto Attendant.

NIGHT: It currently rings a different ring group, but only rings once and then goes to the voice mail of one of the ring group members.

I need the night mode to right that different group 6 times and then go to auto attendant.

Any ideas what I'm missing?
Thank You

Check the members ext out that is going to voicemail and find out why. Is this ext cfwd to the vmail dn? Is the ext set to fwd on busy to vmail? Im sure it's something easy to figure out.

When programming ring services you are not creating a new seperate group but adding on to the day group.

If you want a seperate group for night you have to reverse the groups, be in night mode during the day and day mode at night.
