BCM Scheduled Backups Issue

Hello,

We seem to be having issues with our Scheduled Backups on our BCM400. When I click on Administration, Backup & Restore, and then Backup. On the right pane I see tabs labeled as "Immediate Backup" and "Scheduled Backup" which is grayed out. I then get a pop up that says "ERROR: Error Happened. Element Manager got an empty response from device. See Application Log" and then the Scheduled Backups tab disappears. Back in the day this BCM was connected to an Old FTP server which no longer exists, however we cannot find anywhere in the configuration where it is looking for the old device.

Sounds like an element manager issue more than the BCM itself. Try reinstalling EM from that BCM and that might sort it out
