BCM routing

I set up a BCM with a T1 and coppers
but when the customer dials 800's I have that set to use coppers it displays expensive route

anyway to shut that off? or change something?

It's only dialtone-VZ

see the DESTINATION CODE(eg. 91800) and find out what ROUTE it takes - change it to go out on the route of T1

Carrier isn't allowing 800 ,888 etc out the PRI

I think i misunderstood your question
This might help you!!

see the DESTINATION CODE(eg. 91800)
build a ROUTE (eg 010)and assign what ever pool (eg PoolA)

Assign the route to the destination code

Give permission to extension to use the Pool
