BCM Rls5 and Option11c Integration

Hi to All,How can I send Display Name between Business Communicat

ion Manager BCM450, and Communication Server 1000 Option11c, in both directions.Note that the link between two PABX is through PRI Card.So I want to know how can i configure the BCM and CS to show Name in display.

The CS1000 D Channel settings will need a RCAP setting with either ND2 or ND3 adding in.

There should be a "Business Name" option on the BCM under "Telephony", "Global Settings" that usually needs a site name adding in.

I think there is another setting on the BCM that needs to be checked.
